Andrew's career has been built around one kind of problem: revolutionary technologies that are proven in the lab but need engineering, manufacturing, and business discipline to reach commercial scale.

As a chemical engineer, he spent over six years at Celgene and Bristol Myers Squibb building out CAR T cell manufacturing as a Principal Engineer, advancing the therapy from clinical science to scaled commercial production with multiple FDA approvals. This work serves as a close analog to nuclear reactor deployment: highly regulated, billion-dollar assets, a decade from early development to market, license-gated, and binary in their scale-up risk.

At NPV, Andrew has committed this skill set entirely to nuclear. Recognizing that power is the bedrock of prosperity, he founded NPV in 2025 on the conviction that nuclear is the most scalable way we can build more of it.
