NPV is a specialist nuclear energy venture firm backing companies across reactors, fuel cycle, developers, and enabling technologies. Every advancing technology — AI, data centers, electrification — needs affordable clean power at scale, and nuclear is the only answer that works. Est. 2025.
We don't invest in science projects. Every thesis underwritten on unit economics and technical survivability — neutron flux, materials sourcing, permitting path. The questions founders can't hand-wave through.
We need both water-cooled reactors and advanced reactors. Not one or the other. Insatiable demand means many winners.
Nuclear needs financial, political, regulatory, and stakeholder capital. We map these relationships.
All reactors need fuel regardless of design. The most durable layer of the value chain.
Direct relationships with operators, regulators, and national labs. We see the deals months before they surface in the press.
Grid infrastructure, thermal storage, and deployment enablers that support the nuclear buildout.

Manufacturable thorium-fueled molten salt reactors designed for factory production.
Factory-built modular reactors for AI data centers. From founding to fission in under 3 years.

Helium-cooled, TRISO-fueled. Built for military and remote deployment.

Chemical engineer. Energy first, biotech for a stretch, energy again. Joined Celgene out of Columbia and stayed six years across Celgene and BMS, scaling CAR-T cell therapy manufacturing as Principal Engineer. Came back because AI, data centers, and electrifying everything else all need cheap clean power. Nuclear is the only source that scales. NPV puts capital behind the companies building it.
